The student council is an important component of the Yat Sen Family, serving as a mediator between students and teachers. Led by elected executives including a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary, the council organises key school events and represents student interests.

Council members attend leadership seminars and work closely with school administration to enhance the student experience. Major events usually organised by the student council include:

  • Biennal Talent Quest (Term 2)
  • World Teachers Day celebrations (Term 3)

Christian Fellowship

Christian Fellowship

The Christian Fellowship provides spiritual support and community for Christian students while respecting the school’s multi-faith environment. The group meets regularly for prayer, Bible study, and discussion of ethical issues relevant to young people.

The Fellowship organises special events during religious holidays and participates in community service projects, putting faith into action through helping others.

Cultural Exchange

Our students have the unique opportunity to participate in cultural exchange programmes, including visits to China. These trips allow students to immerse themselves in Chinese culture, practice their language skills, and build international friendships.

From performing traditional dances to competing in Chinese proficiency competitions, our students represent Fiji with pride on the global stage.
